Wido is a full cab-booking platform, rider app, driver app and operations dashboard, built for a city fleet to run end to end.
The challenge.
Launching a local ride service means building three products at once, an app riders love, an app drivers can work from, and a back office to run it all, and keeping them perfectly in sync in real time.
What we built.
We built the whole stack: a rider app with destination search, vehicle choice, live trip tracking, SOS, fare breakdowns and ratings; a driver app with online status, incoming ride requests and earnings; and an admin dashboard for bookings, drivers, vehicles, earnings and analytics, all on a real-time backbone.
The result.
The operator runs a live ride network from one system, riders book and track in a couple of taps, drivers accept and earn from their phones, and dispatch watches every booking, location and rupee in real time.
