These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of tracknix.com and the content on it. The site is operated by Tracknix Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Tracknix", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Using this site
You may browse and use this website for your own information and to get in touch with us. You agree not to misuse it, for example by attempting to disrupt it, access it in unauthorised ways, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the content on this site, including copy, design, graphics, code samples and the Tracknix name and logo, belongs to Tracknix or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, republish or reuse it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Client names, logos and work shown are used with permission or as otherwise permitted, and remain the property of their respective owners.
Enquiries and proposals
Submitting an enquiry, or receiving a proposal or estimate from us, does not create a contract or oblige either side to proceed. Any work we take on is governed by a separate, signed agreement that sets out the scope, timeline, fees, ownership and other terms for that specific engagement. If that agreement conflicts with these Terms, the agreement governs the work.
Engagements and ownership of work
For paid engagements, and once invoices for the relevant work are settled, you own the deliverables we create for you.
- Scope, fees and milestones are agreed in writing before work begins.
- You receive the source code, design files and documentation on handover.
- We may reuse general knowledge, techniques and non-confidential components across our work.
- We are glad to sign a mutual NDA before we start.
Third-party links
This site links to external sites, including products we have built and clients we have worked with. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices. Visiting them is at your own discretion.
Disclaimer
This website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy. Metrics, case studies and examples describe past work and are not a promise of specific results.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tracknix will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this site. Our liability under any engagement is defined solely in the signed agreement for that engagement.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India will have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to this website, without prejudice to the dispute-resolution terms in any separate engagement agreement.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
