What we built.
We built a zero-commission ordering platform: a branded site and app on the restaurant's own domain, AI menu digitization from a photo, Petpooja POS sync, delivery integration with Rapido, Shadowfax and Porter with auto-assign and failover, pickup with OTP, instant or T+2 settlement, and an analytics dashboard, all for one flat monthly price plus a small per-order fee.
The result.
Restaurants keep 100% of their margin and own their customer data, going live in 72 hours, with the platform already onboarding its first cohort of restaurants in Hyderabad.
